Bring in the New Year’s right with the best body of your life for 2011!

The Holiday Season is in full swing right now and 2010  quickly came to an end. Take a moment to look back throughout the year and recognize the “best” and “worst” of 2010. I think this is super important because in order for one to grow as a person and improve in the different area’s of our life, it is important to know first where we came from.

It is also that time of year to dust off the old ball point pen and notepad buried in your top desk drawer to make the infamous “New Year’s Resolution List”.

 2011 is a year that could potentially be the best of our entire lives,a year filled with infinite possibilities or  unmeasurable happiness. So what kinds of things are you looking for in 2011? For most of us, our New Year’s Resolutions could be so different its like comparing apples to oranges or night to day. However, the one thing that we ALL want, whether we want to admit it or not, is to improve the way we look and feel.

Now, would if I told you that getting the best body of your life (regardless of your age) in 2011 was easier than you ever thought possible? How excited would you be? Would if I told you that you actually don’t even need the entire year to get it! Do I have you interested yet? For guys, it’s means getting that rock hard and shredded physique that you see on the cover of a Men’s Health Magazine. For ladies, it means getting that super flat tummy and fitting into the dress you wore in college.




 Truth be told, regardless of your age, anyone can get their dream body in 2011 in just 6 months. Seriously, imagine how sexy you would feel, how great you would look, if you took 6 months out of the rest of your entire life to get the body you have always dreamed of but never actually had? Curious as to how to get your 2011 dream body? Please read on……..

Losing the extra 5 pounds or getting the flat stomach you have always wanted is something most people go through every year and unfortunately, many never actually achieve it. Seriously, how many times have you tried to lose weight only to fail in the long run? Maybe you lost 10 pounds last year but you gained 12 pounds back the year after. For many people, life is a constant struggle to get the body we want. And even if you get your dream body, most people can’t maintain it.

My question to you is this. Why do so many people struggle with their physical appearance and find it impossible to maintain their ideal body weight? Take it from someone like myself  who has NEVER been on a diet and NEVER has an issue with my weight. My body is lean and hard 365 days a year, year in and year out. I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want and never look any different. In fact, as I age, my body just seems to get better and  better every year. So I have to ask myself, What am I doing differently? Do I have miraculous genetics?  The answer is NO!

So what is my secret you might ask? The answer lies in one simple word, “Lifestyle”. I have had a healthy lifestyle my entire life. Many people who have extremely healthy lifestyles never go through the constant struggle that mainstream America does. It comes easily and effortlessly.

What will a healthy lifestyle do for you?

  • You will have infinite energy and rarely feel tired!
  • You will sleep full nights and wake up feeling like your ready to take over the world!
  • You will have the best sex of your life!
  • You will have more self-confidence and more self-esteem in every aspect of your life!
  • You will be more motivated to be successful!
  • You will succeed more in your current career!
  • You will become a better dresser overnight! Most fit people love showing off their bodies…..
  • You will be more attractive to everyone around you!
  • You will walk around smiling all of the time!
  • You will NEVER have to “watch” what you eat or be on a rollercoaster diet! 

 So how do you really achieve a “Healthy Lifestyle”?

Rule #1Believe in yourself. This is probably more important than anything else you do with your life. It is the Law of Attraction. If you believe that you can do something, you will do something. It’s as easy as that. I have seen time and time again people fail at their weight loss goals because they truly believe that they can’t lose weight. Thinking like this is setting yourself up for disaster. Perhaps I have never had a problem in this area of my life because I believe that anyone can do anything if they put their mind to it. So Rule #1 is to believe in yourself in what you are doing. And no matter what road blocks come up, just keep trucking along saying I can do this! If you believe that 2011 will be your best year ever, than 2011 probably will be the best year of your life!

Rule #2- Become an active person.  I have trained many people and the  number one excuse I hear for why people can’t sustain an exercise program is that they are too busy. This is a bunch of bullshit! I know plenty of people who work full time, have a spouse and several children to raise yet they still find time to get several hours of exercise a day. How well do you think your kids would be raised if you told them everyday you were too busy to spend time with them? How successful do you think you would be at your job if you stopped going because you were too busy? It’s all a bunch of bullshit! Bottom line, EVERYONE makes time for the priorities in their life. If you incorporate daily physical activity into your life, physical activity that you really enjoy, it will become part of your life! You will  be surprised where that extra hour a day comes from when you make it a priority and just accept it as part of your schedule. Make it happen!

Rule #3- Eat healthy. This is a no brainer but so many people struggle with this aspect of their life. Let me ask you a straight forward question. How do you think you would look and feel if you ate junk food all the time? That’s right, the answer is you would look and feel like junk. It’s really that simple. Just like race car drivers put high-octane fuel into their cars to perform better, putting high quality foods into your body will make you both look and feel better than if you were to feed it poorly.

Here is a fun little test! Read this short paragraph, close your eyes, and tell me what you see.

Person #1- This person’s name is Jennifer. She never exercises because she is “too busy”! She eats terribly only because she doesn’t really know how to eat. She gets 4-5 hours of sleep a night because she is stressed out a lot. She drinks 3 cups of coffee a day and has the occasional cigarette as a “pick me up”. She isn’t happy with her body and her knees hurt her all. Take a minute to picture what Jennifer looks like in your head. Close your eyes and do this right now!

How do you think Jennifer feels everyday? How good(or bad) do you think Jennifer’s sex life is? What do you think Jennifer’s self-esteem is like? Think about it for a minute…

Person #2- This person’s name is Samantha. Samantha exercises several hours a day. She sleeps 8 hours a night and wakes up well rested. She eats super healthy and shops mostly at Whole Foods amd organic grocery stores. She has lots of energy and loves  off her body to her friends. She is always smiling and everyone wonders why?

Take a minute to imagine what Samantha would like.  Do this right now!

Keep in mind here that I did not give a physical description of either girl but you probably have very distinct yet different images of what each person looks like! Does Samantha look anything like Jennifer?

The reason why I had you do this short little drill is to help you make a change, right here and right now! You can choose to be like Jennifer or Samantha in your own life. The decision to become a healthy person can be made in a single minute. It’s so easy you can decide right here and right now.

 So if you want to be the healthiest you have ever been in your entire life, choose right THIS MINUTE to adopt a healthy lifestyle! And the best thing about it is you don’t have to wait to experience results. So TODAY, RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW, make a decision to change your life forever!

 Rule #1 is to believe in yourself!
